Holiday Hub – Booking Terms & Conditions
By booking a place at Holiday Hub, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made via ClassForKids and are subject to availability.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
2. Camp Structure and Times
Holiday Hub camps run from 10:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.
Optional wraparound care is available:
- Morning: 08:30–10:00 (£10 per session)
- Afternoon: 16:00–18:00 (£10 per session)
Wraparound care must be booked in advance via ClassForKids and is charged per session. There is no discounted or weekly wraparound rate.
3. Cancellations, Refunds and Changes
- Cancellations made 28 days or more before the start of a booked week will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–27 days before the start of a booked week may be offered a session swap, subject to availability.
- No refunds or session swaps are available within 7 days of the start date.
Refunds cannot be issued for individual missed days or partial attendance.
4. Minimum Numbers and Programme Changes
All camps are subject to minimum participant numbers.
If a camp or session cannot run, families will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- A transfer to an alternative available session
Holiday Hub reserves the right to make reasonable changes to activities, staffing or groupings where necessary.
5. Health, Medical Information and SEND
Parents/carers must provide accurate medical, allergy and emergency contact information at the time of booking.
If your child has additional support needs, medical requirements, or requires reasonable adjustments, please contact us in advance so we can discuss how best to support them.
6. Behaviour and Conduct
Holiday Hub aims to provide a safe, inclusive and positive environment for all children.
Children are expected to:
- Follow staff instructions
- Treat others with respect
- Participate safely in activities
Holiday Hub reserves the right to remove a child from a session if behaviour places themselves or others at risk. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
7. Mobile Phones and Personal Belongings
Holiday Hub is a phone-free environment during the camp day unless explicitly permitted by staff for an activity.
We ask that children do not bring valuable personal items. Holiday Hub cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Collection and Late Pick-Up
Children must be collected promptly at the end of their booked session.
Late collection outside booked wraparound hours may result in additional charges and/or refusal of future bookings.
9. Photography and Media
From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
Consent preferences will be collected during the booking process and will always be respected.
10. Data Protection
All personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Information is used solely for the administration and safeguarding of Holiday Hub programmes.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking through ClassForKids, parents/carers confirm that they have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
